Mmmm quite the day.
Breakfast was protein full! 3 eggwhites with a large handful chopped spinach and a chopped green pepper!
I first sauteed the veggies in about 1tsp olive oil then threw in the egg whites once they looked cooked up. It turned into a delicious scramble with a large spoonful of my new salsa 🙂
Afternoon snack was a ripe apple!
More to come on my HUGE green lunch and dinner tonight is gonna be amazinggggg! I’m pumped.
