Today was a very very hungry day.
Breakfast was plain/boring. No pictures needed.
I had 3 hard-boiled egg whites and 1 cucumber. Mid-day snack was 1/4 cup trail mix and 1 of Lee’s home-made “natural” chocolate chip cookies! (I just had to support Relay for Lice). Lunch was a clif bar (CARROT CAKE = MY LOVE!). It was pretty sparse.
So then I went for a run.
When I got home from that I made an avocado/salsa sandwich between two Ryvita crackers. Check out those nutrition stats!
And then some apple with AB
Anddd another cookie. Aaaand another cucumber with hummus!
